Makes 6-8 servings of hearty, delicious soup made from whole foods. No weird ingredients here!


Directions

  1. Add contents of the jar to a large saucepan.
  2. Add milk/water
    1. Standard Recipe: Add 4 cups of unsweetened milk of your choice, 4 cups of water, and 1/4 cup oil (optional).
    2. Creamier Recipe: Use all  milk of your choice instead of water.
  4. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
