Cookie Directions:
- Pour contents of the jar into a bowl and mix for two minutes with 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp nondairy milk.
- (2 tsp oil is optional if you want a chewier cookie.)
- Chill dough for 15 minutes. [Stop here for a great egg free cookie dough]
- Shape into balls and flatten on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350°F.
