Hearty Lentil Instant Soup

There's nothing like lentil stew to fill the stomach and warm the heart!

Serves 1

Organic Red Lentils, Organic Potato Flakes, Organic Kale, AD, Organic Tomato Powder, Organic Carrot Powder, Organic Onion, AD, Seitenbacher (salt, carrot*, onion*, parsnip*, celeriac*, leek*, mushroom*, cornstarch*, apple*, parsley*, lovage*, sunflower oil*, turmeric*), Herbs de Provence, Organic Thyme, Boost Powder (Organic Tomato Powder,Organic Mustard Powder,Garlic Powder Granules,Organic Turmeric Powder,Organic Paprika)

Remove metal lid and ring. Add 10 oz of water and microwave for 2 minutes, or add 10 oz of hot water, stir, and rest for 1 minute
