Makes 1-2 servings. 


Overnight Oats Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of milk of your choice to the jar and stir well.
  2. Let rest in the refrigerator 4-5 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir again in the morning and add more milk of your choice if needed. 
ENJOY!


Warm Oats Directions

  1. Add 3/4 - 1 cup water or milk of choice
  2. Stir Well 
  3. Remove Metal lid and Microwave until desired temp (~1 minute)
