Overnight Oats Directions
- Add 1 cup of milk of your choice to the jar and stir well.
- Let rest in the refrigerator 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Stir again in the morning and add more milk of your choice if needed.

Warm Oats Directions
- Add 3/4 - 1 cup water or milk of choice
- Stir Well
- Remove Metal lid and Microwave until desired temp (~1 minute)
